Waster operates on flexible 30-day agreements. So, you do not need to sign a long term contract.
We provide the flexibility that businesses need – no lock-in contracts and no rollover clauses.
We provide the bin (no delivery fee). Delivery is within c. 7 days from booking.

Our prices are highly competitive with other providers in the market. We do not charge hidden extras such as rentals or environmental fees. As a result, you know exactly what you will pay.

We adjust pricing once per year, so you will not be stung by low initial prices and gradually increases over time.

Waste And Recycling Pricing: Standard Inclusions

No hidden extras – waste and recycling pricing included as standard

Bin delivery – At start of contract

Waster provides the bin (no delivery fee). Delivery is usually with 7 days from booking.

Bin collection

Included in service charge (No additional fee)

Bin rental charge

Included in service charge (No additional fee when on scheduled service). Monthly rental fee charged when bin on a less than monthly cycle.

Waste disposal charge

Included in service charge (No additional fee)

Environmental fees and levies

Included in service charge (No additional fee)

Bin maintenance and repair

When due to wear and tear i.e. not customer caused damage
Included in service charge (No additional fee)

Contract exit fee

When one month written notice (email) provided
No exit fee

Bin removal fee

Bins will have a final empty prior to removal to ensure empty on removal. Waster charges a removal fee of $199+GST for any services cancelled within the first three months of service (to cover transport costs) – i.e. three months from bin delivery. If cancellation is due to poor service or service unreliability by Waster – no removal fee is applied. No removal fee applies when cancellation notification is provided after three months from bin delivery. All invoices (including final month invoice) must be settled in full prior to bin removal.

Locks for bins

Padlocks are essential in protecting your bins. Padlocks can be supplied free of charge at the commencement of service. Replacement padlocks can be provided (if lost etc.) at a cost of $30+GST per padlock.
